Shipping Info

When will my order ship?

We ship in 1 business day after order is placed. All orders placed between 12:00 pm EST Friday and 11:59 pm EST Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Holidays are excluded from regular shipping/ processing time. Please account for this when placing your order and choosing your shipping method.

 

Can I change my shipping address once the order is placed?

If you have entered in an incorrect or old address, please email us at hello@mawoolisa.com as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped we will be unable to change the address.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders typically take 2-7 days depending on the shipping option. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

All International orders are shipped via USPS and can take 5-15 business days from the shipping date. Certain international orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered depending on the country's postal service.
